Page count is only one factor. Distinct templates, content volume, data migration, integrations, administration, testing and release conditions all affect the work. After a short brief, I divide the project into clear stages and include the schedule for the confirmed scope in a written proposal.

Development is rarely the only bottleneck. Projects stall when copy and photography arrive late, feedback comes from several directions, or access to the domain and existing systems is missing. At the start, we therefore list the required materials, decision makers and approvals.

As soon as a useful version is ready, you receive a protected staging link and review real pages and journeys. The phases, feedback method and reporting cadence are agreed in the proposal, so you can see what is complete, what awaits approval and what comes next.
