The website’s goal
Start with the outcome the website should support. It might generate qualified enquiries, sell products, accept bookings or present the company more clearly. Name the primary visitor, the action that matters most and the questions that person must answer before taking it.
Copy and information
Gather a concise description of the business, a list of services or products, contact details, opening hours and any existing answers customers regularly need. The copy does not have to be polished. I can organise the structure and wording once the facts and priorities are clear.
Photography and logo
Real photographs of products, premises and people often communicate more than decorative graphics. Collect the best originals rather than screenshots or social-media downloads. If suitable images or a usable logo are missing, the project can include a photography brief, licensed stock or a separate identity task, depending on the agreed scope.
References, domain and access
Share two or three websites you find useful and explain what you like about them; the reason matters more than the visual resemblance. Also confirm who owns the domain, where it is managed and which existing hosting, analytics, email or business-profile accounts need to be preserved.
