Problem and context
Conversations instead of isolated messages
Received and sent messages from the same thread appear together. The user can follow the full context without searching for earlier replies across folders.
Work across devices
The interface adapts to desktop and mobile screens. The PWA can be installed from a supported browser, while the Android TWA uses the same web product in an app environment.
Notifications
Push notifications highlight new email when the user enables them. Permission remains the user’s choice, and the application retains full function without it.
Outcome
Public case-study boundaries
The portfolio covers user experience and publicly available features. Accounts, messages, server configuration and credentials remain outside the case study.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it work without installation?
Yes. The core product works in a browser; PWA and Android releases are additional access options.
Are push notifications required?
No. The user enables them explicitly and can use email without them.
Does the portfolio show real messages?
No. Private messages and account data are excluded from the case study.
