I operate this website under the D. Svilenković personal brand. You can contact me about your data at dimitrije@svilenkovic.com or through the phone number on the contact page.

The form requires a name or company, email, project type and message. Phone, current website and preferred timing are optional. The source page and selected project context are stored with the enquiry.

I use enquiry data to answer your request and prepare a proposal, including steps you request before entering a contract. I retain the correspondence needed to manage the request and protect legitimate business interests. Optional audience analytics is based on your consent. I do not use enquiry data for unsolicited marketing.

An enquiry is recorded before email notification is attempted. I keep the record while handling the request and for as long as it is needed for the resulting business relationship, applicable record-keeping duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. A deletion request is assessed against those purposes and duties; data that is no longer needed can be deleted.

The server and form protection can record the IP address, request time, browser information and security outcome. A rejected enquiry may be retained in restricted security storage so that abuse and mistaken rejections can be investigated. These records support the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

Essential fg_kapija storage protects the form from automated abuse, and essential storage remembers the consent choice. Optional Google Analytics 4 audience measurement (property G-QGPSH10EHZ) loads only after the visitor opts in. The choice can be changed from the footer.

I do not sell data or supply it for third-party marketing. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. If you enable Google Analytics, Google also receives analytics data and may process it outside your country under its published data-protection terms.

You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable.
