Problem and context
A connected system instead of isolated applications
The public website presents the offer, the PWA handles ordering, the restaurant panel manages preparation, the driver app handles pickup and delivery, and administration brings products, locations, orders and reports together.
The order flow
The customer selects a location, products and extras. The order is recorded once and changes status through preparation, pickup and delivery. Each role sees only the actions and data required for its work.
In the restaurant and on the road
The restaurant panel is designed for a kitchen screen, with highly visible new orders and simple states. The driver view is built for a phone and a short accept, collect and deliver workflow.
Platform administration
Administration brings locations, products, categories, extras, delivery zones, orders and core reports together. Portfolio screens use safe demonstration data and reveal no private accounts.
Outcome
Web and installable application
The customer product is a PWA and can be installed on supported devices. The Android TWA uses the same web product inside an application wrapper, keeping feature maintenance in one place.

No. Ordering works in the browser and PWA installation is optional.
What is public in the case study?
Workflows and demonstration screens are public. Private accounts, customer personal data and operational details are excluded.
